This special dish is from Gujarat, India, and commonly known as Dhokla. Dhoklas is made from sourdough, obtained from chickpeas and rice, and can be eaten almost anywhere. In India, Dhoklas is used as a side dish, breakfast, main dish, and even as a snack at parties and weddings.
