The Polish Gulasz is a local variation of an otherwise very popular European styled dish which can be found in places such as Hungary. Central European countries have their variations and variety of the dish but what makes the Polish version different are the main ingredients. Such as beef, with a broth consisting of bell peppers, onions, paprika, carrots, mushrooms and other wonderful farm grown ingredients.

This dish is typically served with potato pancakes and sometimes, toasted groats – or locally known as buckwheat kasha.
